After the developer completes the construction of the units, the transfer process will commence and you will be able to occupy/rent out the unit from the date of handover.

Buying Process and Next Steps

We have streamlined the journey to owning your Vipingo Development with a clear process, that is smooth and stress-free, breaking it down into easy steps tailored to your need.

  1. Explore the residences and initiate contact with our sales team for a tour/call.
  2. Select the desired unit and with the help of our dedicated team they will assist in generating a Letter of offer (LOO) for you.
  3. After signing the LOO you will make a 10% deposit to fully book the unit.
  4. An agreement for lease (AFL) will be prepared with our legal team after signing you will make an additional 10% deposit.
  5. Clear the remaining balance within 12 months in flexible payment plans of monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly installments.
  6. Once all payments are completed our team will hand over the unit and welcome you home
