How do I reserve a Riviera Townhouse?

- Explore the residences and initiate contact with our sales team for a tour/call.
- Select the desired unit and with the help of our dedicated team they will assist in generating a Letter of offer (LOO) for you.
- After signing the LOO you will make a 10% deposit to fully book the unit.
- An agreement for lease (AFL) will be prepared with our legal team after signing you will make an additional 10% deposit.
- Clear the remaining balance within 12 months in flexible payment plans of monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly installments.
- Once all payments are completed our team will hand over the unit and welcome you home
